Graphic Dimensions announces that all approved new and repeat CheckMate™ orders will ship the same day if received by 10 am (local time at GDI facility). This standard service is available at all GDI facilities including Georgia, New Hampshire and Kentucky (Cincinnati area). Our investment in high speed prepress and print technologies has allowed us to decrease the turnaround time on CheckMate™ orders dramatically. CheckMate™ Online (at www.graphdim.com) allows distributors to proof and order imprinted checks in minutes. CheckMate™ Online is powered by our proprietary AFFIRM MICR verification technology. This technology eliminates the need for voided checks or bank specification sheets to verify MICR positioning. Our website also provides full customer service functionality providing distributors 24 hour access to all their order information. Customers who proof and order all their CheckMate™ orders online may also be eligible to receive reduced pricing. Online services are free for all GDI customers. CheckMate™ YourBase Online allows you to set up custom software compatible templates online. This is perfect for large volume vertical market programs or to support software alliances.

Routing Number

This number indicates the bank your deposit ticket will route to and can be found to the left most area of your deposit MICR number.

Account Number

Your account number is the right most MICR number that appears on your deposit ticket. It is important that you enter any spaces or dashes that appear in your account number sequence.

Please reference the letter code below that you will need to type for any non-number within your MICR. The letters will need to be capitalized to populate on the deposit ticket correctly.

  • Space = S
  • Dash = D
  • On-Us = C
  • Amount = B
  • Transit = A
